The Private Sector Housing Team provides the full range of traditional private sector services including all aspects of HHSRS, HMO licensing, empty properties, as well as Disabled Adaptations etc. We are looking to recruit a new team member who is self-motivated innovative and enthusiastic to help us develop a team to meet the new challenges for private sector housing.
Dealing with a wide range of service requests, you will help members of the public to live in accommodation that meets their needs. You will have a working knowledge of housing legislation and associated enforcement, including detailed knowledge and certified competency in carrying out HHSRS assessments.
For the above posts you will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to be an effective team member whilst still having the autonomy to work using your own initiative.
