We are looking for a professional, motivated and driven Operations Manager.

The Vyne community centre is a light, bright and welcoming centre for the community, situated in the heart of Knaphill, Woking. Facilities include large drop-in cafe area in which to relax and enjoy time with friends, multi-use spaces for events and activities and a friendly reception area for meeting and greeting.

The Operations Manager will manage the Centre on a day-to-day basis in order to give maximum benefit to the people in the local community and to ensure that the care and social needs of the customers are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the centre staff and volunteers, alongside the running of the building, the services, activities and events programme provided.

You will be empathetic towards all sectors of the community and have a professional and organised approach towards service provision. Experience of work within a similar environment would be desirable, but is not essential. You must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have a flexible approach to your working day.
