We are looking to appoint an administrative officer. You will have lots of customer contact, give advice and agree payment plans. You will need to be numerate and committed to providing a high standard of customer service. Full training provided.
We have won 4 Government Chartermark awards for the quality of our service to the public, the Council has been recognized nationally as an “Excellent” Council and we also hold an IiP award.
This is a vital job which helps raise the money to pay for the services offered by the Borough, County Council and the Police.
