Right now, we want to build upon our ‘performing well’ rating in our recent Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA). Our HR team will have a key part to play, having already driven strategic change in everything from pay schemes to competency-based performance assessment.
If you’re a clear communicator who can make things happen and can provide practical employment advice from day one, you could bring your skills to this exciting role.
You will be responsible for managing the operational work of the team and you’ll lead and implement a selection of critical HR corporate initiatives. Preferably a graduate or equivalent, you must be a full member of the CIPD with significant experience in a generalist managerial HR role, ideally in the public sector.
