We are seeking to recruit a Housing Options Team Leader to lead the housing advice and homelessness functions of the housing team. You will manage a team of four housing options officers. You will have strong experience of homelessness prevention and homelessness assessment within the terms of the Housing Act 1996 part 7.

In this role you will help ensure that Spelthorne continues to deal with potential homelessness in a proactive way. You will be able to motivate and support the team and manage their performance effectively. You will also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to maintain strong working relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders.

You will be enthusiastic and motivated and have strong previous experience of housing allocations. You will have excellent communication and customer care skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
