We are looking for an experienced DLO manager with an ability to look innovatively at different ways of doing things in order to deliver a Highway and Winter Maintenance service to the highest standards.

You will need experience of people and asset management, budgetary control, and a proven track record of delivering highway services and programmes of work to agreed targets.

You will also take part in the Council’s standby call out arrangements for Winter Maintenance Operations and in the event of a large scale or widespread emergency situation within the Borough or neighbouring boroughs, for which a standby allowance is payable.
