As Head of Organisational Development you will have the foresight needed to keep ahead of the game and to assess all possible moves for shaping the future of our service delivery.

As an effective leader, you will be creative and able to inspire our staff teams. You should be able to demonstrate a solid track record of success as a senior manager in a complex public service environment. It is also important that you bring strong communication and negotiating skills and political awareness.
