Woking Borough Council is looking for a Head Cook to work in a busy community centre based in Westfield, Woking, Surrey. You will cater for approximatley 50 – 60 lunch time meals, a cafeteria service and lunches for dining clubs in the community.

You will have experience of maintaining a kitchen in accordance with the Food Safety Legislation, managing staff and team leadership, food ordering, food hygiene qualification and health and safety.

As this job involves contact with vulnerable adults, successful applicants will be required to obtain a Disclosure Certificate from the Criminal Records Bureau.Assistance will be given by the Council and further details will be in the job application pack.
