Full-Time, £21,375-£25,455 inclusive of all allowances

Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre includes a 25 metre pool and learner pool, fitness suite, exercise studio and a Hydrotherapy Pool. The Centre has achieved the Investors in People and the Customer Services Excellence quality standards and is currently working towards Quest accreditation.

We are seeking a full-time Fitness/Duty Manager to join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed leisure professional looking to further their management experience.

This is a vital role, working closely with the Centre Manager and Deputy Manager to improve the facilities and services available focusing on the gym and studio. The position will be crucial on a day to day basis in ensuring a top quality customer focus, ensuring staff are supported and directed effectively and maintaining excellence in health and safety.

Applicants will have experience of working in a leisure/sporting or fitness environment and possess a sporting/recreation or management qualification (and a National Pool Lifeguard qualification is desirable).

You should have an understanding of the importance of Diversity and Equality in employment and in the provision of a sport and fitness service.

You will be required to work a shift system, including evening and weekend working.
