Location:Surrey Heath Borough Council's main offices are located just off the A30 and within walking distance of Camberley's Town Centre. The offices are also within easy access of both the M3 and M4 motorways. 

  • Following a reorganisation of our Asset Management Team we are seeking to employ a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join our new structure. You would be part or a small team in a busy office providing a full range of property and asset management services. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is accountable to the Strategic Property and Asset Manager.

This is a busy role that is responsible for an array of services across our portfolio of properties and land. These include the development and delivery of the planned maintenance programme for the estate, facilities services and change management at Surrey Heath House, management of the borough-wide CCTV, contract procurement and project management.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is up for a challenging multi-disciplined role. Are you self-motivated and have the experience to show that you have the ability to multi-task and develop practical solutions to a wide variety of issues?
