An opportunity has arisen for an Engineer (Design and Urban Traffic Control) to join Surrey’s Network Management and Information Group.
Your role will be to undertake the design and implementation of Intelligent Transport Systems, with particular emphasis on UTC and UTMC. Your role will be varied and will include managing schemes, preparing contracts, drawings and specifications and supervising the installation of systems. This is an exciting opportunity for the postholder to work on innovative solutions to enhance Surrey’s travel and transport network.
To be considered for the role you will be an incorporated engineer or equivalent and will have expert knowledge and proven experience in traffic engineering and Urban Traffic Control systems.
