This role involves assisting the Manager with the ‘day to day’ management of the Court and the Victims Teams and providing support to staff and assisting in their development.
You will need significant experience of managing quality and performance in service delivery, and the ability to guide and motivate staff towards the achievement of objectives. You will also have the ability to identify targets; prioritise effectively; monitor progress; set standards; and take decisions where necessary to achieve set objectives.
