We are currently seeking a full time individual who will be responsible for managing the new County Court and Victims Teams. The post holder will ensure high quality and consistency in the delivery of court services in Surrey by developing positive relationships with sentencers, probation colleagues and partners in the wider criminal justice system.
Interview dates: 24th, 29th and 30th October
You will need significant experience of managing quality and performance in service delivery, and the ability to guide and motivate staff towards the achievement of objectives. You will also have the ability to identify targets; prioritise effectively; monitor progress; set standards; and take decisions where necessary to achieve set objectives.
