Salary:£3052 per annum
Can you carry out all cleaning duties to specification, while ensuring services agreements are met?
In conjunction with Area Manager/Supervisor, to ensure use of all equipment and material is in line with Health & Safety, C.O.S.H.H. and procedural guidelines.
Some heavy lifting of equipment and materials will be required in this role.
You will clean at a specified site, whilst maintaining a high standard of cleaning in accordance with the cleaning specification and where necessary, operate the site security system; ensuring adequate security of the building is maintained.
To be responsible for ensuring that adequate level of materials are maintained on site, you will effectively deliver the service and will be required to work to strict guidelines.
You may be required to work alone or within a specified team. On occasions you may be asked to work outside the normal working hours.

An enhanced DBS disclosure (formerly known as CRB) and a Children’s and Adults barred list check will be required for this role.
