Surrey County Council’s Adult & Community Learning Service provides a wide range of courses for adults of all abilities.
Working Monday and Tuesday evenings during term time from 6.30 until 10pm, you will be the first point of contact for our learners both in person and on the telephone, providing information on courses and taking enrolments. A commitment to high levels of customer care is therefore essential for this position.
You will also have a wide range of administrative duties and will need to have a good basic level of IT skills. Training will be provided but experience of Word and Excel would be an advantage.
