We are currently looking for a Care Assistant to join our team of staff working with older people suffering from dementia. Experience is preferred, although not essential as training will be provided.

You would need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our service users, have excellent communication and observation skills and an understanding of the complex needs of dementia. Full induction and training will be given and you will be required to attend regular training updates.

You will be responsible for attending to the personal care needs of residents and day care service users with a view to creating a supportive and homely atmosphere in which residents/clients can achieve their maximum independence, stimulation and choice.
