Surrey County Council is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated individual to join its Local Delivery and Customer Service Group, within Operations, Highways and Countryside. You will play an instrumental role working with the Customer Service Team Manager to deliver on a range of agendas, covering business and service development

The role will involve carrying out specific tasks, under direction, to assist with the shaping and research of a project brief and scope, contribute to and report on progress and risks, workshop preparation, drafting presentations and events management. This position will also assist with day to day monitoring of actions relating to Equality & Diversity, complaint process and corrective actions and Staff and Welfare initiatives.
