You will be required to assist in developing a varied and person centered programme for centre users that reflects their choices and provides activities that enhance peoples’ life, skills and well being

Knowledge and experience of working with older people is essential and preference will be given to applicants who hold a relevant qualification.

You will be working alongside the Thames Ditton Sure Start Children’s Centre Co-ordinator in developing a new and exciting intergenerational centre.

The Assistant Manager will support the Centre Manager in providing strong day-to-day operational management for the Centre including developing a comprehensive programme of services and activities to meet the needs of the range of generations using the centre.

You will be required to work effectively with partners across statutory, private and voluntary sectors. and will work alongside the Thames Ditton Sure Start Children’s Centre Co-ordinator in developing a new and exciting intergenerational centre.

The Assistant Centre Manager must be innovative, self-motivated, have good managerial skills and be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet packages.
