We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Data and Survey Team Leader to join Surrey County Council’s Asset Planning Group within Operations, Highways and Countryside. You will play a key role in the formulation and delivery of practical Asset Planning strategies for the county.

Specifically your role will involve providing expert technical guidance and advice on all survey, inventory and asset performance data. An excellent problem solver, you will ensure that all asset data managed by the team is of the highest quality and is the basis for sound decision making and allocation of budgets.

You will have responsibility for the management of 4 staff and will be able to demonstrate significant success in delivery large programmes of work on time and to budget. You will also have a proven record of delivering excellent service to clients and customers

You will have a strong background in the management of survey operations, processes and systems, condition data and transport asset inventory.
